Richard T. Dwyer & Co. is conveniently located near the San Francisco International Airport, just minutes from San Francisco, Oakland or San Jose. Our offices are located just East of Highway 101 near the Broadway/Burlingame exit.

From San Jose and points south of Burlingame:

Take the Broadway/Burlingame exit and stay to the right as you come off the freeway. Turn left at the light onto Bayshore Highway. Proceed just 1/4 mile and our 9-story office building will be on your right, across the street from the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

From San Francisco and points north of Burlingame:

Take the Broadway/Burlingame exit and stay to the left as you come off the freeway. As you pass under the overpass, stay to the right and then turn right at the light. Continue to the right and go over the Broadway overpass to the East side of the freeway. Stay in the right lane on the overpass, and you will circle down to a stoplight. Turn left at the light onto Bayshore Highway. Proceed just a couple hundred yards and our 9-story office building will be on your right, across the street from the Hyatt Regency Hotel.
